Crezever ("we", "us") operates the Crezever website and mobile app (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, phone number, and password (stored encrypted).
- Delivery information — saved addresses and, when you enable it, your device's location, used to show nearby stores and delivery availability.
- Order information — items purchased, order history, and delivery status.
- Payment information — processed directly by our payment partners (e.g. Razorpay); we do not store your full card or bank details.
- Device & usage information — app version, device type, crash reports and basic analytics, used to keep the Service reliable.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account, and process your orders.
- To show you relevant products, stores and delivery options for your location.
- To send order updates, delivery notifications, and — where you've opted in — promotional messages.
- To detect and prevent fraud, and to keep the Service secure.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
Sharing your information
We share information only where necessary to provide the Service:
- Sellers/stores on our platform, to fulfil the orders you place with them.
- Delivery partners (our own delivery staff or third-party courier services), to deliver your order.
- Payment processors, to complete your payment securely.
- Service providers we use for hosting, analytics, crash reporting and customer support (e.g. Firebase).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your choices
- Location access is optional — you can use the Service without it, though delivery-availability features will be limited.
- You can edit your profile and saved addresses at any time from the app.
- You can request deletion of your account and data — see our Account & Data Deletion page for how.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and for a period afterward where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
