How to delete your account
You can request deletion of your Crezever account and associated data in either of the following ways:
- In the app: Open the Crezever app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm the request.
- By email: Send a deletion request from your registered email or phone number to info@crezever.com, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process it within 30 days and confirm once complete.
What gets deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, saved addresses)
- Your wishlist, cart, and saved payment methods
- Your account credentials and login access
What we retain, and why
Some information cannot be deleted immediately because we are legally required to keep it, or because removing it would affect other users or business records:
- Order and transaction history — retained for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, as required by applicable law.
- Records tied to disputes, refunds or returns — retained until the matter is resolved.
This retained data is kept only as long as legally necessary, is not used for marketing, and is disassociated from your active account access once deletion is processed.
